M33 Powersport Performance LLC provides mobile diagnostics and repair services for automotive, motorcycle, powersports, marine and RV equipment in Ormond Beach, Florida and surrounding communities. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Service Requests Are Not Confirmed Appointments
Submitting the service request form sends your information to our team. It does not create a confirmed appointment and does not guarantee that service will be provided. Before any visit is scheduled, M33 reviews the requested work, the vehicle or equipment, the service location and the scope of the job. Availability depends on location, equipment type, job scope and scheduling. Mobile service availability must be confirmed before you travel or expect on-site work.
3. Estimates and Diagnostics
Any figure discussed before inspection is preliminary. Accurate pricing requires diagnosis of the actual equipment, and the scope or cost of work may change once the problem is identified. Additional parts, labour or specialist work may be required. We will communicate changes before proceeding.
4. Communication
When you submit a service request, you authorize M33 to contact you about that specific request by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp using the number you provided. This website does not enroll you in automated marketing or promotional message programs. If you no longer wish to be contacted about a request, tell us and we will stop.
5. Intoxalock
Intoxalock installation, calibration, removal and related scheduling follow the official Intoxalock partner process, which is operated independently by Intoxalock under its own terms, pricing and compliance requirements. Nothing on this website modifies that process or any obligation you have to a court, monitoring authority or Intoxalock.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle or equipment and its location, for ensuring safe and lawful access to the service location, and for holding the right to authorize work on the equipment. Work may be declined or stopped where access is unsafe, where authorization is unclear, or where conditions such as weather make on-site work unsuitable.
7. Parts and Warranty
Warranty on parts is limited to the warranty offered by the part manufacturer or supplier. Any workmanship terms will be stated on the applicable invoice or work order. Diagnostic findings describe conditions observed at the time of inspection.
8. Payments
Payment terms are agreed directly with M33 for each job and are handled outside this website. This website does not process payments and does not store payment card details.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, M33 Powersport Performance LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website, from delays in scheduling, or from conditions that existed before our service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photographs illustrate the type of work performed and do not represent a promise of a specific result. This website links to third-party services, including Intoxalock, Telegram, WhatsApp, map providers and review platforms; those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies and we are not responsible for their content.
